Ayesha sent us this recipe. Seems like a very easy recipe. Does it taste like Nandos? If you try it out let us know. I wonder if the Portuguese explorer would approve and will it get the Nando’s Escudo – which is the mark of the Nando’s quality around the world.

 

Nandos chicken:

1 quartered chicken

Marinate in chicken spice

Grill in lemon butter or garlic butter, Once done

Throw with desired nandos sauce and about 1 tablespoon fresh cream

Give 1 boil  and switch off stove
