How I cook my green beans
Braise 1 onion with jeera and whole red chillies in little ghee..
Add 200g mutton,steak or chicken pieces..
Add to meat
1 tsp ginger garlic
1 tsp greeen chillies
1 tblps lemon juice
¼ cup sourmilk
Braise a little then add
1 tsp dhana jeeru
1 tsp crushed red chillies
½ tsp haldi
1 tsp chilli powder
Salt
Method
In a pot boil,with salt and ¼ tsp haldi
Sliced carrots
Green beans
Potatoes
When soft drain..
Add to meat..with two ground tomatoes and 2 tblsp coconut cream..(Optional)
Mix well allow to steam for 15-20 mins..
