BACHOO’S LOOM BAND COMPETITION

Enter Bachoo’s loom band competition on Sunday 8 March. Winner will get a prize.

STALL APPLICATION FORM

READ CAREFULLY 

Unique stalls and handmade stalls will be given first preference and stall providing kiddies fun activities. Other stalls first come first serve and most probably 1 stall per product type/category.

 

No drinks or beverages will be sold. No stalls are allowed that conflict with what is sold currently at the shop at Nizamiye Complex. Any unique type food has to go through an approval process to see if it may be allowed.

If you want to sell food, baking or savouries or biscuits apply and we will enquire from Nizamiye complex if it is allowed or not and  let you know if you are successful or not as soon as we know. We are looking for especially handmade stalls and unique stalls.

Prices and information

• Handmade 1 table size or 1 table stall – R250
• 3mx3m stall – R500
• All stalls come with 1 table
• Please bring your own chairs and your own gazebo and 4 bricks to tie it down as it is outdoors on concrete
• Handmade stalls or 1 table stalls please bring an umbrella and something to ensure it stands like a drum or bucket of sand to ensure you have shade.
• Extra table is R50 or you can bring your own
• electricity will not be provided due to risk of loadshedding and difficulty to get electricity to stalls, complete the form for electricity and we can try and negotiate for electricity.
